Return Policy

Please Note:

- Sale items are final sale.

- Promo code orders are final sale.

Important:

Do not ship back your order before emailing us first. We have a different return address, and your order may get lost if we are not contacted and have not initiated a return for you.

Returns:

We understand that sometimes, things just don't work out. For this reason, we will gladly accept unworn, unaltered pieces with all original tags attached, back for an exchange or refund within 7 days of the order date. Please note that each order is eligible to be returned once.

Non-Returnable Items:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gasses.

Additional non-returnable items:

- Gift cards

- Downloadable software products

- Some health and personal care items

Return Process:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

- Books with obvious signs of use

- Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at lorey@anricainternational.com.

Sale Items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same item, email us at lorey@anricainternational.com and send your item to: 7875 Route Transcanadienne, Saint-Laurent, Quebec, H4S 1L3, Canada.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns:

To return your product, mail it to: 7875 Route Transcanadienne, Saint-Laurent, Quebec, H4S 1L3, Canada. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, email us at info@beyoufashionwear.com with your order number and reason for exchange/refund. For orders eligible for free shipping and returned, we will withhold $12.50 CAD to cover original shipping fees. If your order was under $150 CAD and you paid the shipping fee, we will not withhold anything; however, the original shipping fee will not be credited back. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response to your return initiation email. Thank you!
